Refund & Return Eligibility

Condition of Items: Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered (excluding defects).

How to Return a Product

Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for the return process.

Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Make sure all components (manuals, accessories, etc.) are included.

Ship the Product: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return address and RAN will be provided by our customer support team.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
